Receipt of products The Buyer must check the condition of the products upon delivery. In the event of damage or missing product, the Buyer must formulate precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note, and inform the Seller in writing (email or post) within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect. The post-delivery dispute period is 30 days from receipt indicated on the carrier's tracking. Any dispute after 30 days will not be admissible. In addition, in the context of a dispute relating to the non-receipt of a package deemed received, the seller may request dispute documents which will be used in the context of a carrier investigation, this in no way commits a systematic reimbursement. Any false statement is subject to legal action. Right to retract In accordance with the legislation in force, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their wish to withdraw in writing (email or post). The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, only after the agreement of the seller who will give the address and the methods of return. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. Hygiene products, open consumables (printer cartridges, reams of paper, animal feed, etc.) are not accepted. Refund In the event of withdrawal or return in accordance with the provisions of these GCS, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided that they are in a condition allowing their resale. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used by the Buyer when placing the order, unless reimbursement via the marketplace AMAZON is impossible. The terms of payment in installments or deferred are exclusively due to the marketplace and do not concern the seller. Warranties The products sold by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The Seller undertakes to replace or repair defective products, provided that the buyer complies with the conditions of implementation of these guarantees. For the sake of efficiency, the seller reserves the right, initially, to refer the buyer to the after-sales service of the brand of their product.
