Hygiene is very important as far as fully automatic coffee machines are concerned. To ensure this the machine needs to be cleaned regularly and in a through way, e.g. with this cleaning kit that allows professional cleaning.

Extra long, very flexible milk hose brush (length: 33 cm, diameter: 3.5 mm and 6 mm) made of braided stainless steel wire, with two brushes.

Milk contents such as milk fat, lactose (milk sugar), protein, etc. are deposited on the inside of the hoses and cannot be dissolved completely by simply rinsing the hose which results in flavourful losses.
