Adidas Skipping Rope is designed with handles that have an ergonomic structure that makes the skipping rope ideal for training endurance, speed, timing and coordination. The steel rope is coated with rubber, which creates the optimal rotation speed and control, which makes the skipping rope perfect for elite training. The handle measures 14.9 x 2.8 cm. and has an integrated entanglement-free ball bearing mechanism which ensures a smooth rotation. The skipping rope is 3 meters long and has a system that makes it easy to adjust as needed. A bag of 19.5 x 13.5 cm is included. with cord closure for easy storage and transport.
