Customer service support is open during normal office hours. For the Sonic Toot brushes we offer a special 36 month guarantee from date of Purchase, for all other products 24 months. If You for any reason would need to have a product repaired or serviced please contact us via email and request a Return number. If product is under warranty time we will offer free return freight and send you a shipping label. You can download all our product manuals directly from our Beconfident websites. All cosmetics products are registered at the CPNP portal and comply to EU legislation in Europe. Safety data sheets are available upon request.
